The workshop was attended by 63 participants, including representatives from national agencies; provincial government, provincial administrative organization, provincial marine and coastal resources committees, provincial fishery committees, and provincial marine departments and local governments identified as pilot sites in Chonburi, Chanthaburi, Rayong and Trat; and faculty and staff from Burapha University, a PEMSEA ICM Learning Center. The workshop reviewed the project’s priority targets, outcomes and outputs for Thailand, discussed the progress of and accomplishments from related national and local initiatives, and agreed on target outcomes and outputs until the end of the project on August 2019. Co-financing commitments from the local and national governments, and identified strategic areas requiring support from the project were discussed. The project implementation and coordination arrangements were also discussed.

Marine environmental issues at Si Racha and Si Chang water, Chonburi province thread today from vessels, especially cargo careless handling.
Spill Products have impact on aquatic and marine resources and on traditional fishing practices, community health, including marine garbage, wastewater dumping.
Relevant agencies at the national, provincial and local levels have tried to address the problem through the provincial Board of Chonburi. However, such problems. It is still complex and involves many agencies.
Therefore, this talk Forum had providing indeed share experiences and promote understanding international law and international practice on pollution management in the sea.
Benefits of platform can direct environmental solutions and limitation of law approaching.
