|MPA governance situation at project start-up||X||MPAs were established by laws. The development and construction of MPAs have got a lot of supports from national and local government. The management bureau of National Nature Reserve for Submerged Forest area in Shenhu Bay has been established. The manager agency of the Chongwu marine park is in the process of establishment. |
